While some disputes are purely about dollars, other conflicts are more heated. I am experienced in calming angry opponents while still giving them the satisfaction of having their grievances heard.

I believe in mediation. In my long career as a lawyer, I have seen how much emotional upheaval is caused by the adversarial approach. I have also seen the financial and emotional benefits of the mediation process.

That's why I choose to do mediation. In my experience, it's in everyone's best interest to make the courts a last resort.
